Had pretty decent service and our food was great! It was the first time I had seen the touch screen devices they now use at the tables. It was kind of depressing to look around the restaurant and see all the groups playing with these devices instead of having conversation. I hope these devices don't become the new thing at all chain restaurants to replace actual servers and real human interaction. I just put ours up on the ledge so we didn't have a bright lcd screen distracting our eyes and taking space on our table. But back to the restaurant - aside from my general dislike of the touchscreen devices, our food and service was good. On par with any other chilis or chain restaurant in general.

The one star rating is appropriate. "Eek! Methinks not." Again, lousy service, the salad had a lettuce core in it big enough to choke a horse, and was served to us like that, REALLY, no one saw it prior to sending it out?? They forgot the Avacado once again, asked for unsweet tea, got sweet. This is how chain restaurants lose market share and eventually go out of business.

The only alternative to being frozen to death indoors is being fumigated on the porch by people who can't live without smoking for the duration of a meal! NOT coming back

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews, but since it's close by and the kids really wanted to play at their pay terminals on the table, came here. It was perfect, about like TGI Fridays. We were greeted very friendly at 6:30 dinner time even though only two little kids and I . Our server Michelle was so very nice, helpful and patient. Great for a stressed mom. Both kids each got a play (actually pay) station. They loved the games and I could relax and eat my food (baby back ribs, appetizers, chips n guac, margaritas 2for1) in peace while feeding them... even for broccoli they opened their mouths.

We were craving some southwestern egg rolls so after a quick shopping stop at Tyrone Mall, my son and I stopped in here for dinner. I got kind of lost finding the restaurant, it's located down a winding road off the main road (I thought I took a wrong turn but nope! Just keep driving down and you'll see it!) Greeted and seated quickly. Manager on duty was very nice and attentive. Our server was friendly enough. Not the friendliest, but she seemed busy so eh, whatever. My son ordered a kid meal and I ordered the mango-chile tilapia. It came with some rice and broccoli. Ok flavors to the fish, kinda sweet and spicy but I wasn't like "MMMM this is sooo good!" I would not order again. The southwestern egg rolls and molten chocolate cake always taste the same no matter what Chili's you go to lol. This Chili's location has those self order and self pay touchscreens at the tables. You can reorder drinks, food, and pay your bill at the table without waiting for a server. I ordered dessert from it and paid our bill through it. Overall, a good Chili's experience.

I mean come on now...as far as restaurant franchises go, this has got to be at the top of my list for go-to food. Endless options, great customer service, flavor has just the right amount of spice, and you cannot beat the 2-1 Happy Hour specials.

Just left the restaurant. No lie, they were out of at least five things I requested. No black bean burgers. No blueberry/pineapple margaritas (it's national margarita day!) No tableside guac. They brought it from the kitchen and asked if there was anything we didn't want in it. No vanilla ice cream for any of the desserts and ran out of chips for our queso and guac!! We decided to go ahead with the deserts without the included vanilla ice cream. No offer to discount dessert because we didn't get everything that was included in the desert. Why two stars? The triple berry margarita that I chose since they were out of blueberry pineapple was pretty good although I couldn't taste a drop of tequila. The other star is for the other guests in my party that seemed to like their meal. I was the one that wanted the black bean burger! They need to fire their purchasing manager. We won't be back.

It's a neighborhood, close to home place, and we had a coupon. Did not appreciate the hostess trying to seat us at a table that had just been cleaned do the seats were wet. Normally I would not even mention this, but the restaurant was empty and she should have noticed the seats. Other tan that the service was excellent, and I appreciate the new pay at the table device.

Now Chili's is Chili's is Chili's. Right? Wrong. Chains don't get to treat people like crap. I'm not saying that every employee was a mess, but the waiter we had Friday was a hot damn mess. This dude literally had no interest in making us happy in anyway shape or form. No pleasantries. No smiles. He barely appeared at our table. I was not pleased. And the drinks they made us were crap. That's just alcohol abuse.

Everything I've tried here ive liked. My favorite dish is the Chipotle fresh mex bowl. Service was a little slow the last time i went, maybe they were understaffed.

I typically try to avoid chain familyish restaurants, however, a co-worker told me about the new table-side guacamole and I had to try it! I'm disappointed to say it reaffirmed my aversion to this type of restaurant, as it was completely unremarkable and poorly presented...not at all like table-side preparation I've had at other (non-chain) restaurants. The staff here appears to be completely untrained and overwhelmingly young and inexperienced. Our server had no idea what kind of beer was on tap and had to leave the table to ask. When she brought out our "table-side" guacamole, the dish contained already mashed avocado (prepared by the "chef" according to the server) and 6 little sauce dishes with onions, "fire-roasted" jalapeno (not nearly enough to add flavor), a large amount of salt, lime juice, green onion and cilantro. She began picking them up and dumping them into the avocado. When my husband asked what she was adding (it was cilantro), she replied that she had no idea and had only been on the job a month or so. In the end, it was really kind of a boring guacamole...not really what I was expecting. It was overly salty in conjunction with the heavily salted chips and there were large chunks of avocado skin throughout. By the time we got to eating, the hostess had seated two pretty noisy groups next to us and right behind me (even though the entire section was empty) so we quickly finished our drinks and paid the check. Honestly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Wtf kind of server tells us (before we get our drink orders in) that they close in 20 minutes (he was over exaggerating) & that he wanted to be out as soon as possible?! Appreciate the honesty, dude. But, it wasn't professional. I've worked in the restaurant business before & never thought about ever saying this to any of the customer's who walked in 30 minutes prior to closing!

Have you seen the improved Chili's lately? I've been coming to this location for a few years now, since I worked down the street and it often was our lunch spot or after-work drinks/dinner spot. I agree, it was looking pretty raggedy lately. Even some letters on the sign didn't work. Shameful! I've never had any bad service that I can remember. I've stopped going there much after I switched jobs 1.5 years ago. Today I had a pleasure going there for a first time in a long while. I must say, it now looks great! Freshly painted, new sign outside, more modern decor. Just has another feel to it. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and polite. It wasn't busy, so he kept coming up and making sure we were happy. The menu seems different as well. They are doing the whole "tex mex" thing. I got chicken enchiladas and they were yummy! My dad ordered steak and shrimp fajita and was very pleased as well. Can't beat 2 4 1 drinks at all times!

I've been to this Chili's multiple times and cant say anything that stands out either good or bad. Only reason I ever go now is because my wife gets gift cards from her work. Nothing on the menu is great or even good as a matter of fact. The service is fair. Overall they have been going downhill for years.

They should just close doors or replace the entire management staff. Can't cook to save their lives, have things on the menu they no longer offer (or at least that's what they told me after my dinner arrived not to order). If you get the ribs you are pretty set, they can't screw those up. However, if you try anything that requires an IQ of 50 to put together than you aren't going to be happy. The waitresses and hostess are always nice, but something is seriously lacking in the kitchen and the management.

It is a nice place!! A bit hidden but can be found. I had the new Chicken Rice bowl, I gave it 3 stars because although it has an amazing taste, the chicken and the avocado were really small. It does not look like the picture, but then again what food does, right!? But really what's with the mini bite sizes, but gotta say very flavorful!

So first, There was a hair in our app, then there was hair mixed in my broccoli side. Then right before we left, I was trying to finish my drink, and I saw that there was a hair in the Orange peel in the drink. Even though the manager took the items off our tab, she didnt seem like she was concerned at all. Our server however, was awesome! He kept appolgizing and telling us how sorry he was. He got a huge tip, because he was great. But whatever is going on it the kitchen is not okay!! They need to clean it up back there.
